Mudasser Piracha is the Founder and Principal Appraiser of Consult Executives Inc., with over a decade of experience in residential real estate valuation across Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Halton Region, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the Greater Toronto Area. 

P.App,. CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser), with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, he provides CUSPAP-compliant valuations for mortgage financing, estate, matrimonial, litigation, capital gains, insurance, and other private purposes. He holds an MBA and an Ontario Real Estate Broker licence, combining professional appraisal expertise with extensive real estate market experience. 

Jasjit Litt (P.App., CRA, M.Sc)

CRA, P.App., is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over a decade of experience in real estate valuation across the Greater Toronto Area. His experience includes residential properties, condominiums, rural and suburban properties, custom-built and higher-value homes, and power-of-sale assignments. He provides CUSPAP-compliant appraisals for mortgage financing, estate, matrimonial, litigation, capital gains, insurance, and other private purposes. 

He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science (M.Sc) and an Ontario Real Estate Broker’s License, combining strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of GTA real estate markets and current market activity.
